Add Korean support

Added Korean support

Additional Fix:

• Adjusted compression settings layout to prevent long labels from being clipped
• Updated watcher decay text formatting for better korean translation

Hi, I've pushed some changes to the main branch that will require this translation to be updated :)

Also can you please only submit translations as changes to the resx alone, other patches should be their own pull requests (or raise an issue if they apply to multiple languages)

I've updated my branch with the latest changes from master and translated the newly added strings. I also removed the unrelated formatting and layout changes and will handle those separately.
