This class helps to describe the escalation condition in an easily readable sentence.
Replaces the string comparisons in `IncidentHistoryRenderer` with the new `IncidentHistoryType` enum and describes unnamed escalations by their condition. Co-Authored-By: Sukhwinder Dhillon <sukhwinder.dhillon@icinga.com>

The goal of this PR is to show trigger chains in the notification history detail view.
The daemon does not support this yet so it doesn't work properly.
