Icinga/icinga-notifications#451 is about not including a source's ID to create the ID for an object and instead suggests to only use id tags to do so. This allows Icinga Notifications Web to also re-construct the object ID from a given set of id tags, and use this instead of the plain id tags to find incidents as part of \Icinga\Module\Notifications\Integrations\Incidents::buildQuery.
