Summary

Regional entry hostnames provide CNAME guidance and TXT ownership verification for custom domains. The Control API and Console manage entry health, Let's Encrypt and ZeroSSL issuance, HTTP-01 and delegated DNS-01 challenges, renewal, manual certificate imports, and encrypted certificate state.

This branch's original commits are preserved in #184 alongside the Node TLS, gateway, and DNS provider implementation. Merge this work into develop through #184 so the complete domain-to-HTTPS workflow lands together.

Closes #181

Related: #180

Parent: #179

Integrated through #184. Closing references must be repeated when promoting develop to main.

Known Limitations

Live DNS provider operations and public CA issuance have not been exercised with dedicated domains and credentials. Provider contract tests and the local ACME CA cover the automated validation currently available.

Add ownership-gated issuance, regional challenge acknowledgements, encrypted certificate lifecycle state, and Console management.

Refs #181
Preserve concurrent credential rotations and manual imports, and isolate malformed legacy state by region.
