Objective
Keep project lifecycle operations consistent with host allocation, quota accounting, and business audit history.
Scope
- Soft-delete project host bindings when a project is soft-deleted.
- Deprovision source-managed DNS records and release Host quota idempotently.
- Restore the project without automatically restoring domains that may have been reassigned.
- Record effective project configuration changes as
project.updated audit events with before/after values in the same transaction.
Acceptance Criteria
- Deleting a project removes its active host bindings from effective Host usage.
- Deleted host names can be bound again according to existing uniqueness rules.
- Restoring a project does not silently reclaim old domains.
- Project name and configuration changes produce a team-visible business audit event.
- Failed audit persistence rolls back the project update.
Constraints
- Preserve existing project soft-delete and administrative restore behavior outside domain restoration.
- Do not expose credentials or secrets in audit changes.
