Objective

Acceptance Criteria
- The account menu opens the personal settings area.
- Personal settings use a dedicated sidebar with a return action to Console.
- Users can update their own display name.
- The authenticated email address is displayed as read-only.
- Successful updates immediately synchronize the page and global account state.
- The self-service update API only modifies the current user and includes input validation and regression coverage.
