Upgrading to pytest==9.0.3 requires Python >= 3.10. However, noxfile_config.py is currently configured to only run tests on Python 3.8 (by ignoring all other versions). This will cause the test execution to fail. Since requirements.txt already specifies python_version >= "3.10", Python 3.8 is no longer supported. Please update noxfile_config.py to test the supported Python versions (e.g., 3.10 and 3.12) to prevent CI failures.
