This PR adds regression guardrails and cleanup fixes for AIBOM generation/output behavior. It preserves the current CycloneDX generation approach while fixing validation/error handling, schema URL export alignment, UI wording, cleanup guardrails, and CLI output file naming so CLI runs emit distinct HTML, CycloneDX 1.6 JSON, and CycloneDX 1.7 JSON files.
