Linkify does not work properly with RTL text.

   I would not call it a bug. I think it's an improvement.

4. What result did you expect?
   On RTL languages, I expect to see the text in the RTL direction.

5. What did actually happen?
   In RTL languages, text appears in the LTR direction.
