Flutterflow desktop hang on loading page

Can we access your project?

• I give permission for members of the FlutterFlow team to access and test my project for the sole purpose of investigating this issue.

Current Behavior

Hi, it is long time, the flutterflow desktop is keep hand on loading page.

check through the log, that is because of user login, that is firebase issue.

Expected Behavior

I noticed a chat widget (bottom-right) inside app.flutterflow.io when I checked it. That's usually the fastest channel for an account-specific bug like this, faster than the community forum. Give them exactly what we found:

• Desktop app hangs on load with [cloud_firestore/permission-denied] Missing or insufficient permissions on users/{uid} listener
• Your Firebase UID: 2uTL0z1XMNdkbGGC5JGWkBo81B73
• Web app works fine with the same account; desktop fails even after full clean uninstall/reinstall
• This points to something wrong specifically with your account's permission grant, custom claims, or App Check registration on their backend

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Flutterflow Desktop, will keep turning already.
