Issue 411 opens on Sebastian Raschka's free course on building reasoning models, then covers Anthropic's machine-checked proofs that 239 fuzz entry points across 123 OSS-Fuzz libraries never crash. After that come Netflix's write-up on adding LLMs to Pensive, their failure diagnosis system, and Meta's Just-in-Time Catching Tests running at full scale with the FSE 2026 paper linked in the prose. The issue closes on the Mistral Large 4 open-weights release.
The sections were drafted and then edited by the owner, including the rename of the first heading, and the summary was rebuilt from the final headings. The Netflix post was grounded from a headless Chrome capture, because Medium returns 403 to every direct fetch. The Anthropic figures were re-checked against the raw page, since the first set of notes came from a model summary. The Mistral benchmarks are attributed to Mistral throughout, as the page gives no methodology and the technical report is still "coming soon".
The second commit is the events scout for the week, applied after the owner approved it. The MLOps World dates (17-18 November) are now confirmed by the organiser, so the
# unverifiedmarkers come off, and IASEAI '27 joins the watchlist as a CFP-track entry with its dates still unverified. There were no new flagship events, so the events block is unchanged. The third commit is the candidate pool. This week's fetch and the owner's extra links account for the large diff, with two clear rejects marked so they stop resurfacing. The five picks are not marked used yet; that happens after publication.
The style lint passes with one warning standing from the owner's edits: the issue carries 1 semicolon against the corpus' ~3.
