lowlevel-68000.S __hard_irqrestore restores wrong Status Register value

__hard_irqrestore is restoring the sr from 6(sp) , but I believe it should be 4(sp) since the function is defined as __hard_irqrestore(irqflags_t f), so irqflags_t is immediately after the 4-byte return address on the stack.

The 68K abi pushes it as a 32bit value so 6(sp) is the low 16bits we want.

So I think it's correct.
