Screens that had a seperate "MORE INFO" option that displayed info now show each info line as a footer on the option menu

The telemetry system has been reinstated in a new and improved state. There are four levels
0 - NOTHING
1 - Existence only
2 - Crash reports (default)
3 - Comprehensive usage statistics
