Tracking epic

Complete the approved brand, token, primitive, state, wallet/context, and quality-gate foundation. Default Storybook examples and incomplete state coverage remain part of the gap.

This epic coordinates child issues; implementation must be submitted through the focused issues below rather than one broad PR.

Epic acceptance criteria

• Approved assets/tokens are the production and Storybook source of truth.
• Default Storybook examples are removed.
• Primitive, transaction, system, responsive, and accessibility matrices are complete.
• CI runs deterministic interaction, accessibility, and visual checks.

Dependency and activation rules

• Respect each child issue's explicit dependencies and non-goals.
• Contract/API mutations remain unavailable until pinned interfaces are merged or frozen.
• Storybook fixtures must never enter production adapters.
• This epic and its children are candidates only. Do not apply Stellar Wave until maintainers explicitly authorize activation.

Non-goals

• A single PR implementing the whole epic.
• Inventing authority, routes, API schemas, contract calls, legal copy, or support/security channels.
• Replacing existing stabilization and integration issues that child issues reference.
