Add support for DISCO_COMPONENTS_CIF and DISCO_COMPONENTS_PKL env vars to skip HuggingFace Hub downloads and use local file paths instead. Also fix a typo in the RDKIT_MOL_PKL variable name (was RKDIT_MOL_PKL).
