- add one/three phase switching, via web frontend and dynamically via API call setNumPhases (comes available with config option numPhases > 0)
- add API call setMeteringFactor to change metering factor dynamically (needed for 1p meters when switching phases)
- make RFID and OLED code optional to reduce code size on 4MB flash models.
- add target and pin description for vanilla ESP32 for easier development
- embed static web content for easier development
