Suggestion: If no Credit data, remove Credit Unit Type Description

Issue:
Some courses/credentials do not contain any data in the Credit Unit Value fields. Despite not containing Credit data, they still contain the same "This has credit value, but the type cannot be determined" value in the Credit Unit Type Description field.

Example of courses that contain Credit Unit Type Description regardless of whether or not a Value is present:

Proposed Change:
If there is no data present in any Credit Unit Value field, all Credit Unit fields should be left blank. Similar to the proposed change for blank Condition Profiles, this would prevent blank Credit profiles from being created with nothing but the "This has credit value, but the type cannot be determined" message.

• If the course has no credit value, the Credit Unit Value is to be left blank.
• The Credit Unit Type, typically, is not identified with the courses in the catalog. This is typically defined with the related adminstration information where the credit units are defined. At this time, if there is a credit value numeric value and the course in the catalog does not identify the Credit Unit Type, that column is left blank.
• The text, "This has credit value, but the type cannot be determined" should not exist.
• The user has to identify the credit type as defined in the administrative part of the catalog and manually type it and copy past down all rows that have a Credit Unit Value
• When there is no Credit Unit Value, typically, the course description will state this or it could show a 0. If there is no Credit Unit Value, the column for Is Non-Credit is populated by xTRA with TRUE
