- Centralized configuration into userconfig.lua and removed game specific config.lua - Customizable directories for profiles, games dir, patches, saves inside baseconfig.lua - Made executable start without any required arguments - Requires config lua files, use platform specific paths - Modified paths in lua to use required baseconfig.lua variables as base directories - Separated some patch only profile variables to their own files & namespace

Improved separation of patch, language specific patches, and the base game. Improved separation of profile files and save files from the impacto install folder. Improved config files.
