Responsives Design on small screen (smart phone) shows not the chat bot in vertical

Description

If the chat bot function is used on a small screen (e.g. smart phone) the chat bot is not displayed in vertical. By rotate the smart phone to vertical the bot function is displayed. Seems to be an issue of the responsive design.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. go to www.cx-experte.de with a smart phone, hold the phone vertical
2. chat bot not visible
3. rotate the phone to horizontal
4. chat bot is visible
