Missing file in install - fusionBedpeAnnotator

Hi, I am encountering this error while running the install script:

./install.sh -o ~/opt/bin/

cp: cannot stat ‘BedpeAnnotator_build/bin/fusionBedpeAnnotator’: No such file or directory

From the README it looks as though this file should be included?

from ./install.sh you can see that fusionBedpeAnnotator is compiled in a temporary directory. So I suspect it's because the cmake compilation failed.

cd tmp
mv ../BedpeAnnotator ./
mkdir BedpeAnnotator_build
cd BedpeAnnotator_build
cmake ../BedpeAnnotator -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=release
make
