I've been trying to run Integrate-neo but I keep getting the same error: Error. No FASTA entries read from /INTEGRATE-Neo-master/INTEGRATE-Neo-V-1.2.1/src/tmp/netMHC4.0.k8.fasta.
I think the problem is that the netMHC4.0.k8.fasta file is empty and so are the other fasta files. But I don´t know why I get those files empty.
Any advice would be helpful!!
