PayPal order-approved and order-completed webhooks do not update local payment state

Problem

The PayPal webhook handler logs CHECKOUT.ORDER.APPROVED and CHECKOUT.ORDER.COMPLETED events but does not update any pending payment record.

Source path:

• client/app/api/webhooks/paypal/route.ts

Operators and users cannot distinguish a pending order that was never approved from one that PayPal has approved or completed.

Acceptance Criteria

• Map order-level PayPal events to local payment status transitions or explicit audit events.
• Preserve the capture flow as the source of succeeded payment status.
• Add tests for approved/completed events against existing pending order records.
• Document the order lifecycle in the PayPal integration guide.
