All 17 removed entries verified passing on Level0 + OpenCL (Arc B570, IGC 2.36.3). Kept Unit_Device_Complex_Binary_Device_Sanity_Positive.* whose hipFloatComplex variant still fails.

Removes 17
IGC compiler crashknown_failures entries that were resolved by the IGC 2.36.3 upgrade.Verified on the CI runner's Arc A380 (the GPU these entries were calibrated for), with the CI environment (
IGC_EnableDPEmulation=1,OverrideDefaultFP64Settings=1): the 17 patterns expand to 25 ctest cases, all passing. Also confirmed passing on Arc B570 (Level Zero + OpenCL).
Unit_Device_Complex_Binary_*is kept — its hipFloatComplex variant still fails.
