• ⚙️ DevOps & Automation — Build GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployment workflows, reducing manual release effort by ~80%.

• 📦 Scalable Architectures — Redesign bottleneck-prone systems for production scale, including a direct-to-S3 media upload architecture that removes large payloads from the application path.

• 📊 Observability — Build end-to-end monitoring across metrics, logs, and distributed traces using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Tempo.

• 🛠️ Internal Platforms — Build engineering and operations platforms that provide real-time infrastructure visibility, AWS cost analytics, logs, and operational controls.
