💡 What: Added `aria-label` to buttons/links containing responsive hidden text and `aria-hidden="true"` to their nested Material Symbol icons. Also added a journal entry logging this pattern.
🎯 Why: Screen readers were reading raw icon ligatures (e.g. "rocket_launch") instead of the intended text ("Deploy") on small screens where the text was hidden via Tailwind classes like `hidden lg:inline`.
♿ Accessibility: Ensures buttons are correctly announced across all viewport sizes.
