Implemented UX accessibility improvements by adding aria-label to responsive icon buttons and aria-hidden="true" to Material Symbol ligatures in dashboard.html and glassui.html, ensuring proper screen reader behavior across screen sizes. Created .jules/palette.md to document the learnings.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 17431546581862489268 started by @Bhishaj9

- Add `aria-label` to buttons and links where text is hidden on small screens (`hidden lg:inline`) in `dashboard.html` and `glassui.html`.
- Add `aria-hidden="true"` to structural Material Symbols within those elements to prevent screen readers from reading raw ligatures.
- Document this UX and accessibility constraint in the `.jules/palette.md` journal.
