I have completed the UX enhancement to add aria-label to buttons where visible text is hidden responsively or completely and add aria-hidden="true" to <span class="material-symbols-outlined"> elements in the UI HTML files (dashboard.html, glassui.html, and code.html). I also recorded this learning in .jules/palette.md. Visual regression has been prevented (verified by playwright screenshot tests) and backend regressions verified via pytest.

💡 What: Added aria-labels and aria-hidden="true" to Material Icon components.
🎯 Why: Prevents screen readers from saying raw ligatures (e.g., "rocket_launch") and ensures buttons always have accessible names across all viewport sizes when CSS classes like hidden lg:inline are applied to the visible text.
Accessibility: Massive a11y improvement for screen readers interacting with icon-only and responsively collapsing buttons.

…cons

Added explicit `aria-label` attributes to interactive elements (like Back to Home, Deploy, Copy, and Download buttons) where the visible text is either hidden responsively (e.g., using `hidden lg:inline`) or entirely absent, ensuring they maintain an accessible name across all viewports.
Added `aria-hidden="true"` to `<span class="material-symbols-outlined">` elements to prevent screen readers from announcing raw ligature text (like "rocket_launch" or "content_copy").

Updated:
- `dashboard.html`
- `glassui.html`
- `code.html`
- `.jules/palette.md` (recorded learning about responsive ligature buttons)
