Add a concurrency knob (config + --concurrency, default 1) that runs several agent runs at once through a worker pool over a flat (task, variant, rep) work list. Snapshots are already fully isolated, so parallel runs don't interfere. Print a running [index/total] counter as each run starts and finishes so it's clear which task/variant/rep is in flight, and warn when concurrency > 1 about the added resource use.
Carry the scored rubric rules into the analysis and render a new "Rubric — what was scored" section: each rule grouped under its instruction-file section, with its check type and that section's compliance verdict. Give the existing recommendation a clear "Recommendation" heading so the conclusion isn't easy to miss.
…tions Cover the three new capabilities for open-source users: the streamed [index/total] per-run progress log, the --concurrency / concurrency knob (with an explicit note that it changes wall-clock time, not spend), and the report's new Recommendation conclusion and Rubric — what was scored section.
Bump every in-repo version reference from 0.3.2 to 0.4.0 (package.json, lockfile, CLI --version, plugin + marketplace manifests, skill docs, and the bug-report placeholder) and cut the 0.4.0 changelog section.
