Add Web PubSub relay-for-AI-agents sample#900
Merged
Conversation
A runnable sample demonstrating Azure Web PubSub as a uniform real-time relay for agents across heterogeneous environments (local mock + hosted Microsoft Foundry agent) behind one control plane and one client contract.
Aliases npm test to the typecheck step so the sample satisfies PR CI requirements.

The sample provides a complete, ready-to-run setup with clear configuration, deployment scripts, and documentation.
