Add page-level Next.js metadata to /login and /signup routes

Context

app/src/app/login/page.tsx and app/src/app/signup/page.tsx are public routes with no Next.js metadata API usage, so they lack proper title/description tags for SEO and link previews.

Acceptance Criteria

• login/page.tsx exports metadata with a descriptive title and description
• signup/page.tsx exports metadata with a descriptive title and description
• Metadata follows Next.js App Router metadata API conventions
