Description
This slightly organizes some internal functions in Quote Replies, to make adding additional functionality less confusing.
processReply/processGenericReplyare renamed tocreateReplyData/createGenericReplyDatato better match what they do, and "create a post draft with this data and open it" is separated intoopenPostDraft.Pulled out of #2112.
Testing steps
Smoke test Quote Replies.
