Hi, I'd like to take this one. I'm a returning contributor and I'm familiar with the project's conventions, so I'll keep the implementation aligned with the existing architecture rather than introducing new patterns.
My approach will be to trace the affected execution path end-to-end, identify the minimal change set, preserve backwards compatibility, and add regression coverage around the modified behaviour. I'll also validate edge cases, error handling, and any cross-module interactions before submitting the PR, keeping the scope focused on the acceptance criteria unless I find a closely related issue worth addressing separately.
I'll reference the issue in the PR, include implementation notes, and attach the relevant test results.

Description
Extend the ticket payment flow to support affiliate commissions. When an affiliate address is provided during ticket purchase, a configurable percentage of the payment should be sent directly to the affiliate while the remaining funds are distributed as normal.
