  Create an FAQ help page.
  1. Create a screen file app/help/faq.tsx.
  2. Read static Q&A pairs from a local constant file.
  3. Build an accordion component: tapping a question toggles the visibility of the answer using basic layout transitions.
• Acceptance Criteria:
  • Tapping a question smoothly expands the height to show the text.
  • Only one accordion section is expanded at a time (expanding a new one closes the previously active one).
