Some mods have toggles, and it's hard to remember toggles are used for which mods. I'd be nice if there was a small note area beneath the thumbnail/name so we can write notes about it. Personally, I would use that small area for toggle notes.
Currently I save each mod individually and remove all toggles in the .ini file, then add each variation of the mod into the manager, which is a little inefficient.
