AETHER X GLOBAL is a multidisciplinary research and technology company developing verifiable software systems, governed AI infrastructure, quantitative technologies and evidence-driven research.
AETHER X GLOBAL is currently under formation.
| Engineering problem | Recommended tool | First verified step |
|---|---|---|
| Detect new or missing file, process or network behavior after a dependency, build or AI-tool change | ExecSurface · Linux x86_64 | Run the controlled PASS → REVIEW example |
| Convert a test, benchmark or research claim into a portable evidence-bound certificate | ReproCert · Python 3.11–3.14 | Install aetherx-reprocert==1.0.0 and verify a certificate |
Both have published v1.0.0 releases, a self-service path and documented technical limitations. The public portfolio status distinguishes shipped products, controlled R&D and research. Internal qualification is not external adoption.
AETHER X currently maintains two public open-source products intended for immediate hands-on use. ExecSurface and ReproCert are both stable v1 products within distinct, tested and explicitly bounded support contracts. Maturity labels are evidence-backed and repository-specific.
Runtime behavioral integrity for CI, dependencies, developer tools and AI-assisted workflows.
accepted runtime behavior -> observed execution -> deterministic drift -> PASS / REVIEW / BLOCK / ERROR
Current state: STABLE v1.0.0 — INTERNALLY QUALIFIED, BOUNDED SUPPORT
- Apache-2.0 open source
- Rust CLI + GitHub Action
- public supported scope: Linux x86_64
- native
ptracereference observer - crates.io + GitHub Release distribution
- self-service: no signup, API key or approval required
Important boundary: ExecSurface: PASS means no policy-relevant observed execution-surface drift under the selected baseline/policy. It does not prove that the wrapped command succeeded or that software is safe.

Claim-to-evidence reproducibility certificates for software, AI and research workflows.
CLAIM -> EXACT COMMAND -> EVIDENCE -> VERDICT -> CERTIFICATE
Current state: STABLE v1.0.0 — PUBLIC PYPI + ACTION CONSUMERS QUALIFIED
- Apache-2.0 open source
- Python CLI + GitHub Action
- PyPI stable package
aetherx-reprocert==1.0.0and protected moving GitHub Action channel@v1 - public package qualified on Python 3.11–3.14 across tested GitHub-hosted Ubuntu, Windows and macOS environments
- pytest, JUnit, suite, policy, predicate and hardened Docker integration paths
- self-service project scaffolding
Important boundary: certificate integrity does not by itself authenticate the producer, establish evidence-source truth, prove scientific validity or constitute security certification.

Technical criticism, failed reproductions, portability defects, counterexamples and independent integrations are welcome. AETHER X does not relabel its own tests, downloads, stars or internally controlled use as independent adoption.
Selected participation in public engineering and standards discussions, with links to original comments and independent follow-up evidence:
- NVIDIA OpenShell — execution-generation safety: AETHER X proposed an explicit execution-incarnation / compare-and-act boundary for delayed lifecycle requests. The issue author independently published a live SDK reproduction of the stale-target problem class; our follow-up refined the suggested contract. This does not establish adoption of our proposed design.
- OpenAI Codex — execution continuity and thread routing: Our daemon-continuity analysis was acknowledged by the external reporter; an OpenAI maintainer separately reported a fix for the issue. Our thread-placement analysis remains a distinct public contribution, not proof of a product integration.
- in-toto Attestation — provenance versus runtime authority: AETHER X proposed separating code authorship, review approval and observed execution effects. A specification participant agreed and described a non-goal for the registration document; this is an acknowledged technical contribution, not a completed standards adoption claim.
Evidence boundary: technical discussion, external acknowledgement, independently published reproduction and a maintainer's issue-fix note are not AETHER X product adoption, endorsement, partnership, customer deployment or independent product validation. No company logos are used as partner marks.

AETHER X GOVERNED INTELLIGENCE
Current state: R&D · PRE-PRODUCTION EVALUATION
The public repository is a controlled, non-confidential technology surface. It is not a public production runtime or supported SDK. Proprietary implementation, detailed schemas, validators, private test suites and internal release evidence remain controlled.

AETHER X Research operates through a private canonical research system with explicit source authority, provenance, reproducibility, negative-evidence retention, publication-state controls and disclosure gates.

PUBLIC ARXIV PREPRINT
The public manuscript lists the author affiliation as Independent Researcher. AETHER X therefore presents it accurately as an AETHER X-associated research output rather than changing the scholarly affiliation recorded by arXiv.
PUBLIC PREPRINT != PEER REVIEW · PUBLICATION != INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION

AIC is separate from AX-OS. Architecture approval is not product implementation evidence.
AETHER X engineering and research work is organized around explicit evidence boundaries rather than maturity by assertion.
Core operating principles include:
OUTPUT != FACT
RECOMMENDATION != DECISION
CAPABILITY != AUTHORITY
TOOL AVAILABILITY != TOOL PERMISSION
EXECUTION COMPLETE != VERIFIED OUTCOME
PUBLICATION != SCIENTIFIC VERIFICATION
INTERNAL QUALIFICATION != INDEPENDENT ADOPTION
Material failures, negative results, portability defects, conflicting evidence and external criticism are retained rather than silently rewritten into positive evidence.
AETHER X uses progressive disclosure.
- supported open-source products and public release artifacts;
- company and portfolio positioning;
- public-safe architecture and engineering summaries;
- explicit maturity and limitation statements;
- research publications approved for public disclosure;
- enterprise evaluation pathways and licensing boundaries.
- proprietary source code and implementation contracts;
- internal SDKs, validators and schemas;
- private test corpora and adversarial suites;
- unpublished hypotheses and research evidence;
- confidential datasets and data-rights records;
- internal release, provenance and diligence artifacts;
- customer-specific or commercial implementations.
PUBLIC DISCLOSURE != IMPLEMENTATION DISCLOSURE
Qualified organizations evaluating proprietary AETHER X technology use a progressive-disclosure path:
NON-CONFIDENTIAL DISCUSSION
→ NDA / EVALUATION TERMS
→ CONTROLLED TECHNICAL DILIGENCE
→ BOUNDED EVALUATION / PILOT
→ COMMERCIAL LICENCE / STRATEGIC AGREEMENT
AETHER X's default commercial objective is to retain ownership of underlying proprietary technology while granting clearly scoped usage rights appropriate to the transaction.

The two supported public products have protected main branches and protected stable-release identities. ExecSurface uses immutable v1.* release-tag protection and a separately movable v1 channel. ReproCert has an active no-bypass immutable-tag rule for v1.* plus a distinct protected, normally forward-movable v1 branch. ReproCert's historical Alpha tag v0.2.2a1 and moving rollback branch v0.2 remain protected.
These governance controls supplement — and do not replace — the exact-source and public consumer qualification evidence. The public Governed Intelligence repository is a controlled-disclosure/showcase surface, not the proprietary core implementation repository.
See Public GitHub Portfolio Status for the current verified governance state.
AETHER X GLOBAL is currently under formation. Portfolio labels describe disclosed engineering, research and product maturity only.
