Rework the preferences dialog and keyboard shortcuts

• Rework the preferences that was small and messy.
• Storybook web & desktop are tested.
• Test the change in the app manually:
  • New tilemap shortcuts based on well-know layout of existing tilemap editor
  • 3D camera hardcoded wasd, can be change, tested with zqsd
  • Reset all the shortcuts
  • Reset layouts

Surely a matter of taste, but I don't find the alternating row colors nice:

It's not super pretty, and looks a bit weird. We don't do that in the rest of GDevelop apart for tables, but here it's more a list of "properties" which don't really go well with this?

It wasn't easy to see how the buttons/toggles lined up with the descriptions, but that must be because of the time—late at night, it's easier on the eyes to follow a line with a background color. I'll remove the colored backgrounds tomorrow.

I removed the background colors and tested a few parts of the reworked interface. See the updated first post.
