Feature Request - Use the preferred location on Repeat Schedules

Make location pre-selected on the sidebar filter according to the Preferred Branch selection.

In the distribution, we have a "set preferred branch" functionality. When the user has already set their branch we will use this default value in the location filter.

Ideally, we would like this to be a flag that can be turned on/off in the Repeat Schedules paragraph so it doesn't affect functionality on the current Ys.

We will work on this for Dallas and submit a PR with this new flag. Hopefully, we can push this to the distro.

This is what we are planning:

• Add a new flag option to the paragraph where the CMS user can choose if they want the Location to be pre-selected based on the preferred location or not

  • Label: Preselect the Location filter with user’s preferred location

• Update the vuejs application so it can preselect the location according to the user location and according to the paragraph flag
