src/openssl.c: Change 0x001E to KRB5_WITH_DES_CBC_SHA

According to openssl/openssl#6710 patches exist(ed)
for Kerberos, while FORTEZZA_KEA_WITH_RC4_128_SHA was never implemented (and
not likely to be in future)
