For "Conformance", mark which sections are required for conformance classes #592

Description

@evanp

In Conformance, we note that there are 3 conformance classes, and then we say:

It is called out whenever a portion of the specification only applies to implementation of the federation protocol. In addition, whenever requirements are specified, it is called out whether they apply to the client or server (for the client-to-server protocol) or whether referring to a sending or receiving server in the server-to-server protocol.

As far as I can tell, we do not call out which sections of the document apply to which conformance class. We should either label the sections with conformance classes (or the protocol names), or enumerate them in this section. For example:

"An ActivityPub conformant Client supports section 3, 4, 5, and 6."

"An ActivityPub conformant Federated Server supports section 3, 4, 5, and 7."

Between the two, I'd prefer having the relevant conformance class noted in the section itself.
