The Issue
The folder that a log file lives in, is not opened in File Explorer when the Open Containing Folder command is clicked.
The Expected Behavior
As a user, when I right-click the displayed, fully-qualified pathname of the currently-visible log file, and then I click the Open Containing Folder command, I expect File Explorer to be opened onto the folder that the log file lives in.
The Actual Behavior
File Explorer is opened, but it just goes to the %USERPROFILE%\Documents folder.
