EP-Preferences unintended page switches with some translations Bug

• I have confirmed that this issue does not happen when ExplorerPatcher is not installed
• I do not have "register as shell extension" enabled
• I have tried my best to check existing issues

OS-installation .iso stripped using Chris Titus' Winutils WinCreator

Describe the bug

1. Install EP
2. Set language to German
3. Select File Explorer Options "Datei-Explorer"
4. Click the checkbox-toggle to the left of either "Moderne Suchleiste deaktivieren" or "Höhe der Adressleiste verkleinern"
   Note: Any toggle on any page triggers the bug as long as it is positioned close enough to "Einstellungen und Dei..."

Expected outcome

1. After switching to german: "Settings and uninstall" sidebar-entry shows the translated label "Einstellungen und Deinstallieren" fully.
2. Clicking the toggle, toggles that respective option. Nothing else happens.

Actual outcome

1. Page-selection sidebar is too small for the translation and does not scale --> second to last entry is abbreviated to "Einstellungen und Dei..."
2. Clicking the toggle triggers a switch to the "Settings and uninstall" page. When returning to the page where the toggle was clicked, it does show as having been toggled, although i can't verify functionality for every affected option.

I'm a newbie. Writing this almost took me 2 hours because I wanted to correctly follow bug-reporting convention. Sorry, if for a bug this simple, this should've been a one-liner instead

okay? lucky me then, functionality-wise everything works for me, regardless.
the bug im reporting is with the apps interface, so it affects everyone using the german translation and maybe other translations too. so still valid issue, right?
or are you telling me my stripped windows install somehow influences the apps interface scaling? and only im having this issue? that'd be wild!
