With following subclasses:
- Purple (use class from tidywigits)
- Pcgr (for ingesting
json + snvs_indels.tiers.tsv)
- Cpsr (for ingesting
json + snvs_indels.tiers.tsv)
Not sure yet if there should be something for the cancer report tables. HRDetect sure. The QC info primarily comes from PURPLE, I guess perhaps the sigs? And the sv prioritise TSV. So just sigs, svs + hrdetect?
