I'm getting the following error when trying to queue a tivo file for download:

It says the download is complete but it's really not. I thought it might be a setting on the Plex Server that might be requiring authorization. I went into the "PMS->Network->Advanced Settings->List of networks that are allowed without auth" and added the following "127.0.0.1/255.255.255.255,localhost/255.255.255.255".
I restarted PMS and still encountered the same issue.
Any ideas?
