Building against 4.0 fails

The current version builds against an older version of SharpRaven that didn't have separate 40/45 assemblies, and it causes issues when doing a fresh clone + compile of SharpRaven. The dependant versions of Json.Net are also inconsistent between some of the projects in the solution.

Would you mind if I submitted a PR for this?

I've just published a nuget package that includes updated dependencies from my own fork (brings in line with the current SharpRaven package). I'd be interested to see if it works for your 4.0 build as I'm building against 4.5 - it's also my first go at nuget packaging so feedback would be appreciated if you do give it a go: https://www.nuget.org/packages/SharpRaven.Log4Net/1.2.2. We use it in a few projects and not having a package on nuget.org was becoming a pain.
