• Metadata describes the regular full-art.

• Served image (same on /fr/) is the alternate art (colorful pokeball / fruit background), so technically 143a.

Additionally, there is no sm12-143a entry (https://api.tcgdex.net/v2/en/cards/sm12-143a returns 404).
