Issue in launching the app

Hi, I have tried your code for a personal project and while launching it, I have faced the following issue :

blocks-template/src$ yarn serve run
yarn run v1.22.17
warning ../../../../package.json: License should be a valid SPDX license expression
$ vue-cli-service serve run
/bin/sh: 1: vue-cli-service: not found
error Command failed with exit code 127.
