Smart event naming via Anthropic API

Summary

Replace auto-generated `Event: MMM d, yyyy` tags with real event names (e.g., "SwingDiego 2025") by asking Claude.

Acceptance criteria

• Settings screen holds an API key (stored in Keychain)
• User triggers naming from the library tag overflow menu — never automatically
• Prompt sends cluster date range + optional location hint; asks Claude for the most likely WCS event
• Show the proposed name with a confirm/reject UI; never rename silently
• Offline/no-key: feature is hidden

Privacy

This is the only feature in the roadmap that makes a network call. It ships opt-in, documented in README.
