Upload Image and file in android

hi.
i want too upload image but TLInputFile class have a parameter call name.

i'am using this ApiTelegram Lib in android and when used TLInputFile get me this Error:
FILE_PART_Х_MISSING: Part X (where X is a number) of the file is missing from storage.
i don't know how am i upload an image from storage in android.
can someone help me?
