SVG (to Bitmap) to Icon Converter

Heya!

I made an SVG (to PNG) to Icon Converter written for usage with Eto.Forms. The code is a bit messy, and it uses System.Drawing partially (provided by Svg), but it should work on Linux if libgdiplus is installed. To have the most control over how the Icon class works, it generates an .ico file in-memory, then creates an instance of Eto.Drawing.Icon via the (Stream) constructor, then that gets cached.

Currently it's only a gist, but I'll move it to my C# Library at some point.

Eto.Forms: SVG (to Bitmap) to Icon Converter

The code can be easily modified to add the ability to create a Eto.Drawing.Bitmap from an SVG (along with caching the generated Bitmaps), but that's something I'll do later.
