We're excited to announce the second beta release of Phoenix TUI Framework!

TextArea Cursor Control API (NEW!)

Advanced cursor control for shell-like applications:

• SetCursorPosition(row, col) - Programmatic positioning
• OnMovement(validator) - Validate movements (protect prompt areas)
• OnCursorMoved(handler) - React to cursor changes
• OnBoundaryHit(handler) - Boundary hit feedback

Use cases: Shell REPLs (GoSh), code editors, SQL clients, chat interfaces
